LILI KNUTZEN
MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELOR
NEW YORK, NY

We all experience difficulty. We all have challenges to navigate. One of the most compelling challenges of my work as a therapist is to help people figure out a way to productively find comfort and soothe themselves as they navigate life's curveballs in a lasting way.

One practice achieves that soothing. The Natural Wisdom and Compassion practice leaves clients feeling loved and held in a supportive space.  Although it doesn't remove obstacles and painful memories, an individual is left with a feeling comparable to a warm, loving embrace. Once that feeling is achieved one can move through challenges one day at a time in a radiant field of loving energy.
